About Anne Marie Turnbull
A Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and a Certified Visual Coach, Anne Marie is passionate about the transformative nature of coaching and the potential of a coaching culture to achieve truly sustainable results.
Following an early corporate career, Anne Marie has consulted for organizations focused on delivering exceptional results by tapping the capabilities and potential of their leaders. Anne Marie works collaboratively with clients, leveraging her understanding of how organizations effect change with her knowledge of what it takes to chart the course and to inspire action. Quite simply, she delivers results.
Anne Marie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree and Master of Industrial Relations degree from the University of Toronto.
Her determination to deliver the impossible also resonates in her commitment to the international development work of Canadian Feed The Children (CFTC). Anne Marie is a past Chair of the Board of Directors and has traveled to Uganda to witness the powerful impact of CFTC’s work in the field.

About Paul Proulx
Paul’s career spans three decades in senior cross-functional roles in mining, manufacturing, distribution in both domestic and international settings. Over the course of his career, Paul has worked with hundreds of individuals in all stages of their career development. His corporate coaching work focuses largely on leadership development. As a Fireworks™ trained consultant, he supports individuals transitioning to new roles as well as those intent on a more significant “lane change”.
Paul is an instructor in the Chartered Professional Human Resources certification program. Paul graduated from Western University and completed a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto. He graduated with an Executive Certificate in coaching from Royal Rhodes University.
